Eligibility & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in Node.js backend development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture, and database integration.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborative teams.
Required Skills & Tech Stack
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB/MySQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Git, npm, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API security.
• Knowledge of React/Next.js, Docker, AWS, or CI/CD is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
• Build and integrate secure, high-performance REST APIs and third-party services.
• Design databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Debug issues, write clean maintainable code, perform testing, and collaborate with frontend developers.
