Eligibility & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design, including internships or relevant projects.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to understand user requirements.
Required Skills & Tech Stack
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, design systems, and usability principles.
• Knowledge of UI design, typography, color theory, responsive layouts, and mobile-first design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, design handoff, and basic UX research is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into designs.
• Conduct basic user research and usability analysis to improve overall user experience.
• Maintain consistent design systems and support developers during the design-to-development handoff.
